Meet the Coaches:
Coach William Cloud
William lettered in basketball at The Woodlands High School, graduating in 2006. Upon graduation, he went to Texas A&M University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and a minor in Business Administration.
While at Texas A&M, William was involved with the A&M Women’s Basketball program as a member of the Men’s Practice Squad. As a part of the scout team, William’s role was to learn and execute opponents’ plays to help prepare the women for their upcoming games.
William also worked within the Texas A&M athletic department, marketing and promoting all of the varsity sports to the student body and surrounding community. Their key marketing components were using grass roots initiatives, and a reward based attendance program to increase fan support and create the best home field/court advantage in the country.
Rounding out his college career, William completed a six-month internship and worked part time with the Houston Rockets basketball organization, assisting in their finance/accounting and basketball operations departments.
William currently coaches in all CUTtheNETS programs including R-LEAGUE, D-LEAGUE & HS PDP.
